Prior to the commencement of any credit education or document preparation services, you will be required to review and sign a client agreement, along with the following required disclosures:

Services Provided
Our services include credit education, document preparation, and guidance related to your credit profile.
We will review your current credit reports from the applicable credit reporting agencies and assist you in identifying information that may be inaccurate, erroneous, outdated, or unverifiable.
You will determine which items you would like to dispute. Based on your selections, we will provide guidance on the appropriate steps to challenge such items.
We may assist in preparing correspondence related to disputes of inaccurate, erroneous, or obsolete information contained within your credit reports.
You agree to provide us with copies of any correspondence you receive from credit reporting agencies. We will assist you in reviewing and responding to such communications as needed.
Consulting, coaching, and monitoring services may be provided through various communication methods, including but not limited to in-person meetings, phone calls, video conferencing, email, or other forms of communication during normal business hours.
Fees and Payment
In consideration for the services provided, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in your client agreement.
No services will be fully performed until required agreements are signed and any applicable fees are satisfied in accordance with your service plan.
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your agreement, without penalty or obligation, within three (3) business days from the date you sign it.
To cancel, you must provide written notice as outlined in your client agreement.
Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to credit score increases, removal of negative items, or approval for credit, loans, or financing.
All results are dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to the accuracy of the information reported, the responsiveness of credit bureaus and creditors, and your individual credit profile and financial behavior.
While we utilize established processes, consumer protection laws, and proven strategies to challenge inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information, we cannot guarantee that any particular item will be removed or modified.
Credit reporting agencies and creditors maintain independent authority over the investigation and verification of disputed items, and their decisions are beyond our control.
You acknowledge that credit improvement is not an immediate process and may require time, consistency, and active participation on your part.

Client Responsibility
You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at all times.
You agree to respond promptly to any requests for documentation, communication, or verification necessary to perform services.
You agree to review all correspondence and notify us of any updates from credit bureaus or creditors in a timely manner.
Failure to provide required information, respond to requests, or follow recommended actions may delay services or impact the effectiveness of the results.
You understand that your participation is a necessary part of the process.

We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal services.

No Guarantee of Credit Approval
We do not guarantee approval for any credit product, including but not limited to mortgages, auto loans, credit cards, or financing of any kind.
Approval decisions are made solely by lenders and financial institutions.
Third-Party Responsibility
We are not responsible for the actions, decisions, or reporting practices of credit bureaus, creditors, collection agencies, or any third-party entities.
All third-party responses and timelines are outside of our control.
Service Limitations
Our services are limited to education, guidance, and assistance in preparing documentation related to credit disputes and credit improvement.
We do not alter, fabricate, or misrepresent any information.
We do not create new credit identities or engage in any unlawful or deceptive practices.
Communication
By engaging our services, you agree to receive communications from us via phone, email, text message, or other standard communication methods related to your account and services.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted and become effective upon publication.
